WHO THIS IS FOR
Tabletop Prep is for operators who want to fortify their International Procedures knowledge base and walk into an evaluation prepared. Equally valuable any time you need to demonstrate operational readiness, including before a new LOA.

Scott IPC Initial or Recurrent training completed within the previous 12 months.
INSTRUCTORS
Several members of the Scott IPC instructor team are retired FAA international experts who once administered the very evaluations your crew is preparing for. Combined with current and former international captains and military aviators, our senior instructors have decades of operational depth, and understanding of the regulations crews fly under today.
CURRICULUM
Each prep day is assessed to your specific areas of operation, your manuals, and the scenarios inspectors are most likely to evaluate.
AREAS OF OPERATION
North Atlantic (NAT HLA), Central East Pacific (CEP), North Pacific (NOPAC), and the West Atlantic (WAT). Plus the specific authorizations (LOAs, OpSpecs, & MSpecs) and the routes your operation flies.
PROCEDURES
Oceanic clearances, position reporting, separation standards, and equipment requirements - all to current ICAO and NAT Doc guidance.
PLANNING
Route validation, ETP construction, fuel planning, and oceanic transition planning, built around your Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), aircraft, and routes.
CONTINGENCIES
Weather, equipment, communication failure. We walk every contingency the FAA may put in front of your crew.
EXECUTION
Clear communication, structured handoffs, regulatory alignment, and SOP discipline; the operational habits inspectors are evaluating.
REFERENCE
Crews leave knowing where to find the relevant information in your IOM, the ICRH®, and supporting references, under tabletop pressure.
