Investing in high-quality training builds employee value and loyalty while delivering measurable returns in proficiency, safety, retention, and company output.

Corporate aviation is a very unique and niche business. Most people do not know much, if anything, about the aspect of general aviation called corporate aviation. For the sake of this discussion, we will consider all operations flying corporate-configured jets as corporate aviation. Though this aspect of aviation is unique, it shares the common components of people serving people with other service based organizations.
All of us have probably experienced excellent, as well as poor, service at one time or another, and most would agree that excellent service is a goal to which we should strive. There are many factors that affect the performance of people in a work environment.
Many studies have been done to understand what motivates people to perform at a higher level, and a consistent finding in these studies is that people want to feel significant to the organization. One of the key ways of building this feeling of value, and the corresponding loyalty in a person that inexorably follows, is to show that you are willing to invest in their success. Within organizations, a primary method of making the "investment" in others is through training.
At Scott IPC, we believe that if organizations invest in their people, the return will be many fold. This return will show up in manifestly clear ways, but will also impact many intangible areas as well.
When individuals are trained, it leads to increased proficiency, which means increased safety. Increased knowledge from training translates into higher confidence levels, which come in handy during a crisis. The use of training will also demonstrate the gaps in individual knowledge so that the individual, as well as the company, will have a greater understanding of further training needs.
Returns for the company don't stop there. Higher training levels equate to higher organizational output. Further implications that support company-provided training include:
When you partner with Scott IPC for International Procedures Training, you can be assured that the high quality training and knowledgeable instructors will help your company create a culture of safety, proficiency, and satisfaction.
