How do I get technical support for the app or the ICRH?

For technical issues, use the Contact App Support form below or email support@scottipc.com. Our team handles app functionality, GPS connectivity, account access, and data sync questions during business hours (Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM Mountain). For training-related questions, email training@scottipc.com instead.

How do I report a bug or request a feature?

Send bug reports and feature requests to support@scottipc.com or use the Contact App Support form below. Include the version number from your app settings and, if it helps us reproduce the issue, your aircraft tail number. Feature requests go straight to the instructor-engineers who build the app — many of its features started as crew suggestions.

Why can't I find my training in the Scott IPC app?

The Scott IPC app (Scott Plot and the ICRH) and your International Procedures Training coursework live in separate systems. Course materials and completion records are in the client portal at portal.scottipc.com, not inside the iPadOS app. If you've registered for training but can't access it, email training@scottipc.com and we'll confirm your enrollment.

How often does the app get updated?

Regularly — the app ships fixes and feature additions throughout the year, and the ICRH reference is revised continuously as international regulations change. Updates arrive through the App Store; enable automatic updates to always run the latest compatible version. Every release is documented in the release notes above.
