As Products & Technology Manager, Wes leads technology strategy and product development. He oversees Scott Plot®, the ICRH®, and the integration of technology into various aspects of the company.

Wesley is a U.S. Army veteran with a passion for aviation technology and innovation, focusing on improving situational-awareness tools and digital training resources. Outside the company, Wes enjoys outdoor activities, traveling, Jeeps, dogs, and spending time with his family.
