Leigh Ann Beckett

Leigh Ann is a type-rated Airline Transport Pilot, NBAA Certified Aviation Manager, and Certified Safety Manager with more than 25 years in aviation. She brings a pilot’s perspective and an instructor’s eye to every course she develops.

As an Instructor and Curriculum Developer, Leigh Ann works with the team to develop and maintain Scott IPC’s International Procedures curriculum. She is passionate about using new technology to make training clearer and more engaging while keeping it grounded in safety and real-world operations.

Leigh Ann began her aviation career as a Part 135 pilot before becoming a Boeing 757/767 and Basic Indoctrination instructor with US Airways. She later flew internationally on a Gulfstream IV. For more than 12 years, she served as Assistant Director of Aviation and Dispatch Manager for a corporate flight department with an extensive international schedule. Most recently, she worked in international trip support, where she saw how global operations are planned from the other side.

She lives in Pittsburgh, PA, and loves being outdoors. On most weekends she’s hiking, biking, or paddle boarding with her husband and their three crazy dogs.
