Jeni anticipates and resolves client needs: fulfilling online training courses, supporting on-site training sessions, supply shipments, and administrative documentation, and fielding client requests. She plays a key role in keeping day-to-day operations running smoothly.

After earning a degree in Visual Communications, Jeni spent over a decade in the graphic arts industry, building a reputation as a precise, detail-oriented technical artist. Those skills now support Scott IPC’s branding and customer service. She is fond of creative problem-solving and experiential learning, and enjoys a plethora of projects in her downtime.
