  • A night mode has been added to the Scott IPC App; the chart, flight plans, ICRH, and uploaded documents can now be viewed in either a day or night mode theme.
  • Split screen is now available in the Scott IPC App, allowing the Scott IPC App to be used side by side with other iPadOS applications.
  • A notepad has been added to the Scott Plot chart, allowing for easy note-taking while enroute on the chart; all notes added to the notepad will be reflected in the notes section of a journey logbook.
  • Flight department administrators can now manage their aircraft/tail numbers along with pilot assignments from the App portal.

  • The ICRH now has a completely new and enhanced user experience, with customizable page view options, along with better notes, highlighting, and bookmarking tools.
  • All ICRH bookmarks, notes, and highlights are stored locally and on the cloud for easy future retrieval.
  • Enhanced user experience with chart and document annotation tools.
  • Support has been added for 2LE ETPs for three-engine operations.
  • Medical ETPs are now blue on the chart, and "Other" category ETPs are now black.
  • Preflight Wizard workflow has been streamlined for more intuitive use.

How do I get technical support for the app or the ICRH?

For technical issues, use the Contact App Support form below or email support@scottipc.com. Our team handles app functionality, GPS connectivity, account access, and data sync questions during business hours (Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM Mountain). For training-related questions, email training@scottipc.com instead.

How do I report a bug or request a feature?

Send bug reports and feature requests to support@scottipc.com or use the Contact App Support form below. Include the version number from your app settings and, if it helps us reproduce the issue, your aircraft tail number. Feature requests go straight to the instructor-engineers who build the app — many of its features started as crew suggestions.

Why can't I find my training in the Scott IPC app?

The Scott IPC app (Scott Plot and the ICRH) and your International Procedures Training coursework live in separate systems. Course materials and completion records are in the client portal at portal.scottipc.com, not inside the iPadOS app. If you've registered for training but can't access it, email training@scottipc.com and we'll confirm your enrollment.

How often does the app get updated?

Regularly — the app ships fixes and feature additions throughout the year, and the ICRH reference is revised continuously as international regulations change. Updates arrive through the App Store; enable automatic updates to always run the latest compatible version. Every release is documented in the release notes above.
